Jason M. Carrozza is a partner and founder of Family Legal Partners, P.C. Attorney Carrozza was previously the owner of Carrozza Law Office, P.C., a law firm which also focused on estate planning, probate administration, and business formation. In 2014, 2015, and 2016, Jason was selected as a Massachusetts Rising Star by New England Super Lawyers and Boston Magazine – an honor bestowed to no more than 5% of attorneys within Massachusetts for demonstrated excellence in the practice of law.
Attorney Carrozza graduated from New England Law with magna cum laude honors and ranked 3rd in his graduating class of 168. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Tampa. During his third year in law school, Jason was awarded an Honors Judicial Internship and clerked for the Honorable Richard Chin at the Brockton Superior Court before both civil and criminal sessions. Before opening his law practice in 2004, he worked for civil litigation, divorce, corporate, and insurance defense law firms to broaden his experience in multiple areas of the law.
Jason is admitted to practice before the Massachusetts Courts and is a trained family law mediator and member of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation. He has volunteered on pro bono panels for Senior Partners For Justice, South Middlesex Legal Services, and the New Center for Legal Advocacy.
With a deep commitment to his community and neighbors, Jason has served as the vice president of the Bellingham Business Association, the Master of Excelsior Lodge of Massachusetts Freemasons, trustee of the Masonic Angel Fund, and business volunteer for the Massachusetts State Scholars Initiative. He was a sponsor and coach of Bellingham Youth Baseball, Bellingham Youth Soccer, and supporter of Bellingham High School and Tri-County Regional Vocational High School.
In an effort to provide public awareness, Attorney Carrozza is an instructor at the Tri County Continuing Adult Education program where he teaches Estate Planning Basics and Protecting Your Minor Children and Family during both the fall and spring semesters. He also presents at various topics on estate planning, asset protection, and probate as a featured speaker at various financial and estate planning seminars and workshops held throughout the year within the Commonwealth.
An avid baseball fan and history buff, he enjoys working outdoors, landscaping, relaxing near the ocean, and enjoying quality time with his family and friends. A lifelong resident of Massachusetts, Jason lives locally with his wife, Katrina, and two children, Zachary and Madelyn.
