Amy was both thoughtful and thorough when helping us plan our estate. She truly cares about her clients and ensuring that, should the worst happen, our children will be well-cared for.
I was extremely happy with the outcome
Attorney Carrozza is very thorough and provided me with the information I needed to make decisions and know when to compromise. What I thought was going to be a quick and easy divorce turned into an 18 month process. During this time, he made sure I stayed informed and provided the guidance I needed to keep going. In the end, I was extremely happy with the outcome thanks to Attorney Carrozza.
I felt very comfortable working with Amy
Amy is a very knowledgeable attorney. She is up to date with the new laws and more importantly, has the experience that allows her to help her clients with suggestions and recommendations. Estate planning can be a complicated affair, and it is always best to have a competent attorney that will walk you through the process. I felt very comfortable working with Amy as my attorney and will recommend her to anyone.
The work was done competently, timely, and thoroughly
Jason did estate planning for us. He set up wills, medical poa’s, a revocable trust, and an irrevocable trust. The work was done competently, timely, and thoroughly explained to me and my wife. He listened carefully to our questions and answered them directly, in language that we could understand.
Jason is very knowledgeable and very personable
Jason is very knowledgeable and very personable. We received good advice for what we needed at the current stage of our lives concerning our wills, power of attorney, and healthcare proxy. Also information about what we might need in the future, but no pressure to do more than what is necessary at this time. I would recommend him very highly.
Knowledgeable, up to date and concerned for your affairs
I am a 42 year old father of 2 who had just gone through a divorce. I always knew I needed to have a Will but was hesitant because to be honest it’s such a “gloomy” discussion! I didn’t know enough about it, my family never discussed it, and I didn’t want to get into who gets what, what goes where, etc. I met Amy and instantly knew I was in the right place. Amy walked me through how a Will works; we talked about Trusts, Health Care Proxy, etc. She took her time with me and made sure I understood everything. A key factor in this whole process is the maintenance afterwards. Your Will may need to be altered or added to somewhere down the line. Anyone can put this together but it’s when families change, laws are updated, all kinds of aspects of your Will may need to be tailored in the future – that’s where you need someone knowledgeable, up to date and concerned for your affairs in your corner.
Amy made sure that all my decisions where to protect my loved ones. She genuinely cared about my daughter’s well being…that’s what changed Amy from my Lawyer to my friend.
Jason was responsive, professional and timely
Jason handled my mother’s estate. He was involved in all aspects from creating a trust while she was alive to administering that trust after she passed. When speed was necessary to file paperwork on time, he came through with flying colors. In every step of the way Jason was responsive, professional and timely. I highly, highly recommend Jason for any estate and probate work you may need done.
We are very satisfied with the final package
We first met Jason at an estate planning seminar at Tri County Vocational School in Franklin. Jason presented a clear and concise overview of all the components of a good estate plan and the associated documents required. Subsequently, at our initial plan meeting, we discussed the many options in putting together a plan. He was very thorough and answered our questions as we went through the process. In the end, we are very satisfied with the final package. It was a pleasure to work with him.
