Amy M. Antonellis is a partner and co-founder of Family Legal Partners, P.C. a local family law and estate planning law firm.  Attorney Antonellis was previously the owner of the Law Office of Amy Antonellis, a law firm which also handled estate planning matters. Since 2013, Massachusetts Super Lawyers has repeatedly selected Amy for their Rising Star List, an honor bestowed to no more than 2.5% of attorneys within Massachusetts for demonstrated excellence in the practice of law.

After dealing with the untimely death of her own father, Amy devoted herself to Trusts & Estates work, and committed herself to ensuring that people’s families are properly protected in the event of the unexpected. Attorney Antonellis prides herself on maintaining a wealth of knowledge in current trusts and estates law, asset protection, and family wealth strategies.

Amy graduated from Vermont Law School and completed her undergraduate studies at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, summa cum laude.  Amy has devoted much of her legal beginnings to giving a voice to the underrepresented. During law school, Attorney Antonellis interned at Harvard Law School’s Legal Services Center, working with post-foreclosure eviction defense clients. She was awarded a fellowship to work in Washington D.C. with the National Housing Law Project, which is a national housing and legal advocacy center. While in law school, Attorney Antonellis also received a grant from US-AID to travel to China to conduct a comparative research study between U.S. and Chinese electronic waste regulations.

Amy is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to opening her own firm, Amy worked in private practice bringing various environmental citizens suits. She also worked in a general practice firm handling civil litigation, bankruptcy, and divorce matters in order to broaden her legal experience.

Amy is also devoted to educating her community about the importance of estate planning. She has presented seminars on estate planning for various organizations including Norfolk Continuing Adult Ed., Milford High School, and Friends of the Easton Trustees.  She has also presented in other various settings including local libraries, mothers’ groups and organizations, financial services firms, and senior citizen centers.  

Attorney Antonellis believes in the importance of giving back to the community. She helped raise a significant amount of money for Newton-Wellesley Hospital’s Vernon Cancer Center.  She sits on the board at Charles River Bank, participates in Needham Steps Up mentoring program, is also a sponsor and coordinator of the Wayland Youth Fishing Derby.

During Amy’s free time you can find her traveling the world, reading, being in the outdoors. Attorney Antonellis is also a Reiki Master Teacher and leads a variety of entrepreneurial/spiritual workshops, masterminds, and coaching programs.  Formerly of Needham, Amy resides in Norton with her husband, David, her son, Mark, her daughter, Amaya, and her dog, Tess.
