At FLP, we’ve created a pretty unique getting started process because we want to make the most of our time together during our first meeting. Prior to meeting the firm, we ask you to fill out a confidential case assessment form so that we may learn a bit more about you and your unique circumstances. Our goal is to have this assessment in hand prior to our first meeting so that we can adequately address all of your needs and concerns. To learn more about your respective Getting Started Process please click on either the Estate Planning or Family Law Tab.

When you schedule your Family Legacy Strategy Session with Family Legal Partners, P.C., please be sure to block a full hour so we can focus entirely on you and your family during this time. Prior to our meeting, we will send you an official Welcome Packet, which contains a Family Wealth Legacy Assessment. This confidential assessment, which will need to be completed and returned before our time together, will help you begin the process of organizing your legal and financial affairs. During your Strategy Session, we will gently guide you to take a look at what would happen to you, your loved ones, and your assets if something unexpected occurred. From that vantage point, we will listen to your desires and advise you on the level of protection necessary to meet your objectives. At the conclusion of this Session, you will be left with a comprehensive road map to implement that protection plan as easily as possible.
What Must I Do Prior to My Family Legacy Strategy Session?
After scheduling your Family Legacy Strategy Session, you will receive an official Welcome Packet from us containing your Family Wealth Legacy Assessment and other important information you will want to review prior to your Session. We must have your Family Wealth Legacy Assessment returned to our office 2 days prior to your Session either by mail, fax, or email, or we may need to reschedule your Session. Please feel free to contact our office anytime if you need assistance completing your Assessment or have any other questions.
The Family Wealth Legacy Assessment is specifically designed so that we can learn a little more about you and your family dynamic. It helps us identify your biggest estate planning concerns and objectives.
